1. Start with a premise – Start your writing with a premise and an idea.  What if I had to feed all of the people on this train and all I had was a can of peanut butter?  What would I do?  I pulled that question out of nowhere and do not even know if it makes sense but it is an expression and it is a throughout that I thought.
