I start each day out with getting my thoughts down on paper. I find that is allows tome to clear my head and get my day started in a productive manner. Whether I am feeling bad, good or great when I wake, when I write about 750 words to start the day, I find that I am feeling better after I do this activity. There are many distinct benefits to starting the day with writing -
1. I get something done for the day - Have you every had the day when you said that you got nothing done. That may be a day when you are running around tying up lose ends or a day when you just feel lazy and lounge around on the coach. Well, if you participate in this activity, you will never be able to say again that you got nothing done on a particular day.
2. You get a lot of thoughts on paper and some will be really good - This allows me to get my thoughts out of my head. when they are in head if they are bad thoughts, then they will get int he way of good thoughts. If they are good thoughts, then they will get stale in my head. When they get down on paper, they become living and breathing organisms and can cause productivity for myself and my life.
3. It's Habit Forming - I have done this activity for about 50 day s ow and it is easy and simple for me as is brushing my teeth. I just get up and do it an dam usually done within 15 or 20 minutes no matter what I am doing. I believe that all of life is about forming habits. Many of the habits that we form...
