Shake Away the Morning Cobwebs - Planning a Productive Day

I wake up in the morning in one of two places.  Sometimes I wake up well rested and ready to go for the day.  Sometimes I wake up nto so well rested and confused abotu what today will bring for me and for my life.  I find the difference comes completely from how I ended my previous day.
Yesterday was one of those days where I was not satisfied with what I did.  I did not leave my whole life out there and did not go for it like I would like.
From my perspective, I lived the day at half the potential of where I wanted to be.
As a result, I sit here in a blah mood today getting started for today.

1. Make a Plan for Today - What is it that I want to get done today - It is key to determine what IW ant to get done today.  Rattling int he back of my head are all of the things that I did not get done sterday that Iw anted to get done.  I need to get those things out on paper.
2.  Create a Busy Day Full of Productivity - The experience of myself right now is laziness, like I do not want to do anything.  I need to break through that feeling.  The best way that I know to do that is through action. I need to keep moving today.  The ke is to finish one thing before I move onto the next and just to keep moving.  As I start to type this message, I am already feeling excitement and momentum.
